Jenn Garrett is a part of Village Real Estate’s Development Services team. She manages project sales for new construction and conversion projects - both condominium and single family residences. Jenn Garrett has over 20 years of real estate and marketing experience. Not only does she personally manage sales teams, she is also responsible for presentation development and training. Jenn remains focused on the sales path, the direction of sales, and presentation skills. “A strong presentation sets the tone for the sale and allows a salesperson to remain in control while moving through the path of sale,” Jenn explains about her philosophy. With a strong belief in systems of accountability, Jenn’s strength lies in systems and follow-up. Regardless of the project’s status, research, planning, selections and sales, her expertise will benefit the process.

Jenn is originally from Los Angeles, California. She has been in Nashville since 1992. Aside from real estate projects, she has served on many boards and committees including: Executive Committee of Nashville Pride and Secretary, Steering Committee and Federal Club Chair for Tennessee Human Rights Campaign, Past President of the Williamson County Women’s Council of Realtors, Served on the Board of Directors for RealTracs, formerly Middle Tennessee Regional MLS, Service on both Greater Nashville and Williamson county Association of Realtors professional standards committee, Past President of Nashville American Marketing Association, Past Member of the Middle Tennessee Postal Council, and Serves on the Marketing Design team for Nashville Center for Spiritual Living.
