Marilyn Martin has been a Realtor on the CityLiving Team since 2005. She came to real estate from a career in music, touring with such luminaries as Stevie Nicks and Don Henley, which led to a solo career featuring a duet with Phil Collins called “Separate Lives.” During her travels, Marilyn became fascinated with the various styles and architecture of homes, so shortly after moving to Nashville from California she decided to put her love of great, and potentially great, homes to good use by becoming a Realtor.

Marilyn earned her ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, designation in 2005. She was born and raised in Kentucky, and lives in Franklin with her husband, Greg, and cool cats Grady and Whitney.
