Gale Park is a new residential development located between Franklin Pike and 12th Ave S. Gale Park’s design will embrace the best practices of urban neighborhood design to create a walkable, pedestrian-friendly community of residences. Homes will be built with an array of energy efficient features such as cellulose insulation, radiant barrier roofs, double glazed low-e windows, low maintenance exterior, low-VOC carpets and paints for improved air quality, compact fluorescent lights, and Energy Star appliances. Gale Park will consist of single-family Craftsman-style cottages, tree-lined boulevards, landscaped sidewalks, and a community playground.

Gale Park is a similar development to the sold out West End Station development in Sylvan Park. West End Station is a recipient of the 2010 Urban Land Institute .
