Franklin
Franklin, TN is located in Williamson County, just south of Nashville and Davidson County. It was once all farm country but development has created many residential opportunities that attract those who appreciate local history and character within easy access to Nashville.

Historic Franklin, a unique antebellum township, is the jewel of the city. This historic downtown area has walkable streets lined by many unique boutiques, salons, local restaurants, and other retail. Each year, many festivals draw thousands of locals out of their homes to celebrate holidays and seasons on the quaint streets of Historic Franklin. This family-friendly neighborhood is overflowing with history and community.

Only a half hour commute to Downtown Nashville, Franklin has many housing options available including historic homes near the Franklin Town Square, rural mini-farms, and single-family homes. And, in recent years, developers have realized the value of mixed-use multi-unit developments to the area and urban villages have sprung up catering to the more urban-minded homebuyers. In early 2008, Village recognized the amount of urban growth taking place in Franklin and opened its fifth office on the Town Square.
