Hunter ConnellyHunter Connelly

Hunter Connelly is the Director of Development Services for Village Real Estate Services. Hunter leads marketing and sales efforts for Core Development and Bristol Development projects in conjunction with Mark Deutschmann and the CityLiving Team. Hunter is responsible for the marketing and sales of developments including The Lofts at Werthan Mills, The Kress, Art Avenue Lofts, East End Lofts, West End Station, The Glen, and Velocity in the Gulch. Due to his efforts, The Exchange and ICON were sold out before construction was complete. Hunter works with developers and architects to determine the most appropriate unit sizes, layouts, and finishes. In addition, he builds and manages the specific sales teams suited for each development.
 
Prior to joining Village, Hunter founded a software development company that was later acquired by ComFrame Software, a regional software development firm. Hunter graduated Cum Laude from the University of the South with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He resides in Nashville with his wife Katty and their four children, McClain, Riley, Luke and Drew.
