Zach Goodyear is the Assistant Director of Development Services on the CityLiving Team. He manages sales for new construction and conversion loft and condo developments, primarily in Nashville’s urban core. Zach has worked with Village Real Estate Services since 2002 and has extensive sales experience and knowledge of the urban condo market. In working with developers, he lends his expertise in the market to help the development team design appropriate floor plans and finish selections, choose a successful marketing strategy, pinpoint their target demographic, and create a seamless transition from planning to actual sales. On the sales end, Zach manages the sales team to ensure a successful roll out of the product and reports progress to the developer on a consistent and timely basis until the final completion of the development.

Zach is a native of New Orleans, LA and a graduate of the University of the South in Sewanee, TN, with a B.A. in Political Science. Zach enjoys spending time with his wife, Martha, and their two pets, Abbo and Oscar. He’s also an avid drummer and loves photography and the outdoors.
