Scott Evans is a Realtor on the CityLiving Team and possesses extensive knowledge of the downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. He approaches each transaction from a “grass roots” standpoint – identifying the most basic needs of the client and helping them make the right decision on their next move. Scott has worked with Village since 2003 and almost immediately became involved with the downtown revitalization. Current homeowners wishing to sell their home also realize the benefits of Scott’s expertise in the field and passion for his career.

Scott is originally from Greencastle, Indiana but, after graduating from the University of the South (Sewanee), he now calls Nashville the home he’ll never leave. He enjoys living in the neighborhoods he sells and seeing past clients out and about the town. When not out socializing, he likes to relax at home with his two dogs, Lucky and Lucy. Working in the yard, home restoration and exercising are also some of Scott’s favorite things to do in his free time.
