The Nashville Civic Design Center is a non-profit organization based in Downtown Nashville dedicated to elevating the quality of Nashville's built environment. The NCDC promotes public participation in the create of a more functional and beautiful city for all. The NCDC fulfills its mission through neighborhood revitalization projects, community visioning sessions, public meetings on planned projects, public education about civic design & urban planning, a book club, The Plan of Nashville and the Urban Design Forum. Members are able to attend Urban Design Forum meetings free of charge, receive newsletters throughout the year, and also receive an annual report.
Last year, the CityLiving Team had huge success with our Greenways for Nashville membership drive. This year, Village and The CityLiving Team are working with the Nashville Civic Design Center to help secure 1000 new memberships. Since the CityLiving Team homes to sell 600 homes this year, we hope to also give 600 gift memberships at all our closings!
