Market District 

The Market District is the area just north of Downtown, sandwiched between Downtown and Germantown. It is loosely defined as the area between 8th Ave N and the Cumberland River and between Jefferson St. and James Robertson Parkway. The Market District has been going through a major transformation from an industrial area to a mixed-use neighborhood with retail, commercial, and of course, residential spaces.
