Kevin joined the City Living Team in 2008. Before entering real estate, he owned his own company as a general contractor, specializing in home renovations in the Nashville area. Kevin brings to the team the ability to see the quality and craftsmanship of a home. He can also visualize the potential in a home to meet the client’s needs. Kevin possesses an easy-going nature that is pleasant to work with, and loves to help people find their perfect home.

Kevin is originally from Georgia where he earned his Accounting degree from The University of Georgia. He moved to Nashville in 2000 and resides in historic East Nashville with his wife Mandy, son Bennett, and black lab Zeal. In his spare time, Kevin travels and plays music. He loves sports, the great outdoors, and if anyone wants to go fly-fishing after looking at houses, he’s the Mann to call.
