West End Park 

West End Park is located off West End Avenue near Midtown. It has experienced immense growth in recent years due to its convenient location to I-440, Vanderbilt University, Centennial Park, Downtown, and local businesses like HCA (Hospital Corporation of America). It is a historic neighborhood with original urban architecture characterized by early to mid-20th century single-family homes and multi-unit developments. New construction condominium and town home developments pepper the area creating many different living options.

West End Park is a walkable neighborhood and residents of this area can stroll to Maggiano’s for dinner, Tin Angel for an after work cocktail, the Centennial Dog Park to let their canine companions run free, or Centennial Park for a Movie in the Park.
