Janice Stevens brings more than 15 years of business, sales and marketing experience to the CityLiving Group and has held various leadership roles in entrepreneurial ventures and non-profit organizations.
Her background in strategic planning and project management coupled with a keen attention to detail will help ensure white-glove treatment for her clients.
Janice is certainly no stranger to the buying and listing process. Relocating often over the years, Janice has purchased 13 homes in her lifetime. She attributes this process to helping her understand a buyer’s and seller’s perspective and allows her to empathize with her clients throughout the process.
A member of the Board of The Chestnut Group, an artist organization that partners with non-profits focused on preserving Middle Tennessee lands and historic sites, Janice has dedicated more than three years to the organization, serving as president in 2016. In addition, Janice has worked with organizations like Greenways for Nashville, Radnor Lake, Warner Parks, and the Cumberland River Compact, to name few.
In her free time, Janice enjoys Nashville’s fabulous restaurant scene, First Saturday Art Crawls, local festivals, concerts, parks and all that Music City has to offer.
Janice resides in Franklin with her husband, Brad. Recent empty-nesters, Janice’s youngest son Maxwell is attending the University of Tennessee and her eldest son Conner resides and works in Cincinnati.
