    • The West Leigh

We have a new listing in West End Park called The West Leigh. We are listing three of four town homes, the fourth one being owned and occupied by our very own CityLiving Realtor Jackie Sinatra! These are located on Parthenon Avenue right by Centennial Park and the Centennial Dog Park (so very canine-friendly if you have a furry companion and are looking for an urban setting). Each town home is three stories and range from 2000-2200sf. The best part? Each unit has a private attached garage, and two of the three town homes have a TWO CAR garage. That is almost unheard of in urban Nashville!

    • Seminar = Success!

The Seminar held on Wednesday night at Village's Hillsboro office was a huge success! Thank you to those who came out and joined us for a night of networking and discussion about Nashville's current real estate market. We had about 100 people in attendance with a diverse crowd of real estate professionals, investors, and "generation Y" future home buyers.
