The revitalization of the Werthan Mills Bag Factory has reached another milestone. Construction on Phase 4 is coming to a close, and an excited group of residents have begun to move in and join the Werthan community. Lofts overlook the green roof courtyard, a bocce ball court, and a lap pool with an adjacent cabana.
I have been fortunate enough to witness the restoration of the once vacant 120 year old brick building into the most unique and eclectic loft development that Nashville has to offer. The once empty hallways have been replaced with welcome mats and friendly neighbors. These new residents are a welcome addition to the already thriving Werthan community.
And the Germantown neighborhood continues to grow as well. Fantastic new restaurants have emerged, such as City House and Germantown Café. Homeowners and developers have built consciously to restore and maintain the district’s historic appeal.
The Metro Greenways Commission has recognized Germantown’s growth and plans to extend its hiking and paved trails into the community. Residents will have the ability to hike, run and bike their way into other neighborhoods while enjoying views of Downtown and the Cumberland River.
We invite you to come down and check out the historic Lofts at Werthan Mills. Werthan Sales Center hours are 11-4 Mon-Fri and 2-5 Sat & Sun. To make an appointment to view the last available lofts, give me a call!
