Local boutique infill developer Core Development Services is seeking final site plan approval for 30 single-family homes at the northwest corner of Rosecliff Drive and Rosebank Avenue in East Nashville.
The 3.7-acre site already has specific plan zoning and is just down the street from where Aerial Development Group separately plans the 62-home East Greenway Park cottage development on 10 acres.
Joshua Chesser, president of the community organization Rosebank Neighbors, cited proximity to downtown and larger-sized lots among the area’s appeals to developers and potential residents. “Our hope is that developers would consider making contributions to improve standards of living in our neighborhood and keep their developments in conformity with the character of our community,” Chesser said.
On behalf of Core Development, Civil Site Design Group PLLC filed the application with Metro planners that seeks site plan approval.
Elsewhere in the Nashville area, Core Development is working on a mixed-use development in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood.
Mark Deutschmann, who also founded Village Real Estate Services, is Core Development’s president. Andrew Beaird is its vice president.
