Mark Deutschmann is the new chairman of Urban Land Institute Nashville District Council (ULI Nashville), taking the reins from outgoing chair Jimmy Granbery.
Both Mark and Jimmy were honored during a ULI Nashville reception and trivia game about the two leaders. Mark presented Jimmy a juggling set as an outgoing gift and then entertained attendees with a juggling demonstration.
Mark will serve a two-year term as chairman of the nonprofit organization that provides a forum for exchange of ideas and education about best practices in land use for middle Tennessee’s public, private, educational and nonprofit real estate and land-use community. ULI Nashville has a diverse membership of more than 550 professionals including urban planners, architects, engineers, financial institutions, developers, Realtors®, public officials, academicians and attorneys.
