Here’s Music to Second-Home Buyers’ Ears

    This article recently ran in USA Today and toots Nashville’s horn for having a valuable real estate market. According to the article, Nashville regularly ranks high in friendliness in tourism polls (of course!) and our cost of living is about 10% lower than the national average. It also states that our economy has been strong due to big businesses being located here (health care, technology companies, universities). Our lower-than-average property taxes were also listed as one of the qualities of Nashville making it an attractive place to call home. For example, a $400,000 home would only pay $3,500 a year in taxes.
