Home sales in the Nashville area increased 33.8 percent in October from the same time a year ago, marking the seventh month of improvements in the housing market, according to figures released today by The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.
The median sales price for a single-family home in October was $175,100 compared with $162,000 a year ago. The median condominium price was $157,900, up from $139, 515.
