Sisters Blair Bodden and Baley Bodden are launching Kocktails & Kouture that will seat about be around 130 with a courtyard patio outside and a boutique to sell upscale women’s clothing, a family member with the business said.

Opening is targeted for sometime in May.

And, Barry’s Bootcamp, a fitness franchise based in Los Angeles, has just started construction of a 4,200 square foot space at Velocity with plans to open in late May or early June, according to its corporate office.

Work has started on the new Lucchese store with a permit issued earlier in March for the company’s third freestanding building according to director of retail Jay Hamby.

Lucchese sells its products in retail stores in the area, but the company’s only other freestanding stores are in Santa Fe, N.M., and San Antonio, Tex.

The Wine Loft was in business until it closed in 2011. Lucchese is leasing the space, Hamby said.
