Yesterday the Nashville Post reported that Rolling Mill Hill was purchased by Atlanta-based Chartwell Real Estate Partners. You may know some of their other property holdings around town – The Grove Richland and The Grown at Whitworth, both on Elmington Avenue off of West End. The Post is reporting that Chartwell paid $7 million for the 72 units. If you recall, this property went into receivership with Bank of America last year.
The units at Rolling Mill Hill will be leased for $850 to $2,200.
