We are Proud to Announce the Merge Between Village Real Estate Services and Johnson & Thompson to Expand Franklin Office

As of July 1, 2012, Village Real Estate Services and Williamson County-based Johnson & Thompson, Inc. REALTORS® will join together to expand our presence in the Franklin community. This merger greatly strengthens our presence in Williamson County and beyond.

Seasoned agents, including Karen Ard, Melba Beasley, Barbara Hood, Susie Jackson, Jessica Johnson, Clarence Johnson, Amanda Johnson, Kandy King, Grace Madaski, Derek Merrill, Brooke Minor, Carolyn Rose, Chuck Simpson, Kennette Sweeney, Darla Thompson, and Jacqueline Warrington have joined and are committed to continue serving Williamson County along with Broker Vicky Crigger, staff members Heather Cottick and Tracey Roddick and the rest of the Village team.

Johnson & Thompson has been a leader in real estate services throughout Williamson County for 40 years and has established a remarkable presence in the farms and land community as well as residential property throughout their history. “We look forward to the integration of Village’s innovative systems and tools combined with our experience and longevity in the market,” says broker, Vicky Crigger.

Village has a strong presence in Davidson County, and has had an office in Franklin, for the past four years.  We’ve also noted the strong, synergistic connection between these two counties, and significant movement from our Nashville residents in both directions.  We believe that our services will be much stronger with the addition of these agents to our firm.
